Clark Reder Engineering worked with the client to install new audio speakers at the Petersen Events Center at the University of Pittsburgh. Our team reviewed all the rigging components to ensure they could safely handle the audio hang weights. The setup included aluminum trusses spanning multiple audio hangs, providing strong and stable support. These trusses were suspended using motors that attached to the venue ’ s existing steel structure with custom beam clamps. By focusing on safety and functionality, Clark Reder Engineering helped deliver a reliable solution that fits seamlessly into the facility, improving the audio system for future events.
