Clark Reder Engineering completed the structural design of a temporary Basketball Court built at the iconic Lincoln Center in New York City. The project consisted of the analysis of a basketball court and adjacent bleachers built on a Modtruss structure that spanned the length of the venue ’ s centerpiece fountain. The analysis resulted in a clear understanding of the facility impact reactions, and analysis of the members. Our recommendations ensured that the Nike Event could proceed with confidence in the structural integrity of the temporary court. Clark Reder Enginee ring successfully delivered critical structural engineering insights that enabled the Nike basketball to be a success. Our commitment to safety and excellence in engineering supports the dynam ic needs of the entertainment industry, ensuring that venues can accommodate spectacular shows while maintaining the highest safety standards.
